		<description>Went through the process of designing the skin using CSS. I share every developer&#039;s sentiment about IE6. It sucks!!! Just because you come preinstalled with an OS means you can set your own standards. 

It&#039;s a quirky bug-filled business, but it all starts with making your lay-out first. The put in your tokens, your containers, make an xml... many things to learn, but I&#039;m learning a lot. I&#039;ve yet to make my skin package though...</description>
